To ensure customer satisfaction, Khulud Perfumes has adopted the following policy:

• Customers are entitled to request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged to maintain quality and safety standards.

• If the customer receives a damaged product or an item different from the order, the store will bear all shipping and replacement costs.

• Refunds will be processed after inspecting the product and confirming that it meets the return conditions.

• The refunded amount will be returned to the same payment method within the period specified by the financial institution or bank.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped, except in cases of an error caused by the store.
